Absolutely. The MY BOX is made of multi-layered metal mesh that blocks 100% of GSM, 3G/4G/5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS signals. Your device is completely isolated when inside. This prevents any location tracking and unauthorized communication.

Is it legal to use these products?

Yes, completely legal in France and the European Union. It is perfectly legal to detect the presence of hidden cameras in a space you occupy (rented accommodation, hotel, meeting room). The protection of your privacy is a constitutional right.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery within mainland France generally takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email upon shipment.

Can I return a product?

You have 30 days after receipt to return any unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the return.
